If you are a title company and would like to request an estoppel letter for one of the communities we manage, please click the button below.

Estoppel letters are processed in 3 days after the request is sent. If you need a “rush” placed on your estoppel request, please e-mail us at estoppels@primehoa.com. Estoppel requests are to be paid in advance. There is a fee for all questionnaires and estoppels.

Normal delivery - $250
Rush delivery - $350

You may mail or fax it to us. Estoppel packages will not be returned until payment has been made and/or written approval for specific associations has been granted. Checks must be made payable to Prime Community Management.
